10-15/2: Appreciate Your Tool of Self Awareness, & Notate

Defined: 10 to 15 minutes daily, with a review of your process after 2 weeks to see if your iteration of Notation, Planful Processing, and Education of Self & Actioning is suitable and sustainable for your lifestyle. Make tweaks if necessary, IE: time of day, frequency, method (phone, notepad, planner, etc). Try again for 2 weeks with any changes made. Rinse and repeat until you find what works for you.
I recommend starting for the first 2 week period, processing in the evening, before preparation for bed.
Notation
1. Notate whenever your Tool of Self Awareness indicates the presence of “Passengers” in your Vehicle of Life, unique emotions felt, thoughts/ideas of curiosity, notable experiences with others, etc.
2. Return to whatever activity you intended for yourself. Remember, if what we are experiencing is not an emergency, then we deserve to return to what it is that we intend for ourselves.
Planful Processing
1. Start by, in gratitude for all that you have gifted yourself through Notation, giving yourself kudos for all that you have accomplished throughout the day; set your mindset to positive (New Mental Muscle which opposes that which is Old Mental Muscle, which would otherwise cause one to be critical of self in Planful Processing).
2. Process all which you have Notated throughout your day, one Notation at a time. You will always experience the opportunity for Education of Self, but if processing leads to action items, then for each Notation, move to Actioning one Notation at a time.
Actioning
1. Planfully work through what it is that you intend for yourself in the future regarding your Notation.
Examples of Action Items: Conversations/Communication, Changes to Routine, Implementation of Self Care, Reprioritization of Relationship(s), Reprioritization of Needs, Implementation of Tools of Organization, and many, many more.
Side note: Avoid being critical of self if life gets in the way for a night. If you aren't able to get to 10/15-2 one evening, who cares? Let it go, and just pick up where you left off tomorrow.
The point of 10-15/2 is to find an iteration that is sustainable for you to accomplish, Notation, Planful Processing, Education of Self & Actioning; all of these life changing tools can be implemented in no more than 10-15 minutes a day.
