Give yourself an opportunity to learn. We hold ourselves back out of fear; fear of: judgment, failure, loneliness, pain, death or injury, rejection, loss, sadness, panic & angst, and on and on.
Remaining sedentary does not allow for growth. Risks are not always risky beyond that of what our Old Mental Muscle tries to convince us. Remaining in the same patterns of thought and inaction, based on historical experiences and a bill of goods sold as safety may carry more cost than benefit; Notate, Process, Learn, and Action with intention.
Inaction is in fact, action, but without intention inaction more often than not, is Speculation of Outcome not pertinent in the present.
Actioning with intention is most often New Mental Muscle, growth, and a sustainable tool to have handy on the path forward.
